If you are unable to log into either the School Access or Early Years Funding module (SAM and FIS Provider Portal), please:
- Use the 'Password Reset' function first to set a new password. To do this, enter your username in the first login screen then click Continue. In the next screen, there is an option labelled 'Forgot Password'. Please click on this option and follow the instructions given.
If you continue to attempt to log into the system and fail to do so, your account will be automatically locked as a security measure. You will need to contact NYCC manually to request for this to be unlocked. Please note, such requests sometimes take several days to process.
